To report an issue:

  3. Submit your request within the allowed return window
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

3. Refunds

Approved eligible claims will be resolved through store credit at our discretion. No cash or card refunds will be issued.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Delivered items without damage or defect

6. Damaged or Incorrect / Undelivered Items

Contact us within 15 days of delivery / estimated delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos showing the issue (for damaged items)

7. Return Shipping Costs

For approved eligible returns, Pets Lover Market will cover all return shipping costs.
